Mick and his team were very helpful when I had a warranty issue. Trek stand behind their brand 100%. I appreciated the assistance they provided and felt like a valued customer even though I’m relatively new to their shop.

The customer service here is what keeps me coming back whenever I need something done to my trek bikes. I don’t say this very often , but Mark , Mick and the team at Cannington do go above and beyond for me every time. Couldn’t be happier with them .

These guys were great. Walked in the door with only a rough idea of what I might want, they were super prompt, professional and not condescending in any way. Bought a great bike and very happy with the price and its performance.

Highly recommended! I normally prefer small indipendent stores but my experience at Trek Cannington has been flawless. Great advice and knowledgeable staff,very quick turnaround and the best price on the market. Even gave me a good deal on some accessories.

In town for work I made it clear I couldn’t buy a bike from the store. This didn’t however stop the professional service and time spent covering all the details and options by staff member Mark. He allowed me to try various bikes explaining in details the difference between each. Professional service and I would definitely recommend Mark from the Cannington store for your next bike.

Extremely pleased with the customer service provided by Michael and his team. A week ago, I bought a new Emonda ALR5 from a local retailer down south and after finding the derailleurs are not working as they should, booked a service online in Trek Cannington to get it fixed. I was surprised that the local retailer did not ensure that the bike sold to me was up to the Trek brand standards. Michael rang me up the next day and had my bike fixed up a day later. He rang me up again to explain the works needed to be done. A full inspection was done to ensure the bike was up to safety standards. That was beyond my expectations as they went over the bike as if it was built by them from scratch. I am very grateful that they went beyond my service request. Thanks guys and all the best. You deserve more than 5 stars with your excellent customer service.
